The AHAA-Manufaktur exists because it is important to us to enable people to discover their own coach side and to bring their knowledge from life into their work. We want them to learn to listen to their inner call and to develop a new kind of companionship with joy and dedication – a companionship that has the horse as a partner at its side.
Our mission is to inspire people to experience the unique connection between coaching and horses. The horse is recognized not only as a companion, but as a valuable co-creator of the coaching process. Together with the horse, new and exciting ways open up to support people in different areas of their lives and help them to experience personal change.
With our training, we want to encourage participants not only to deepen their coaching skills, but also to activate their own inner wisdom. They learn to understand the language of horses, to respond to the dynamics between humans and horses and to initiate profound changes in themselves and others through this special form of support.
Learning our method helps you to work in a process-oriented way and thus be optimally prepared for the variety of topics that can arise in coaching. By applying our method, participants are enabled to respond flexibly and with a clear structure to the different needs and challenges that arise in the coaching process. This enables them to react confidently and in a targeted manner to the issues of their counterpart and at the same time advance their own development as a coach.
